Each piece of jewelry with the MANUFAKTURDIAMANT® is unique and is made especially for you in the factory. We attach great importance to precision and attention to detail, which is why production usually takes 4-6 weeks before we can ship your order.

We naturally want every piece of jewelry to fit you perfectly. However, if this is not the case, all pieces of jewelry without individual engraving can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Custom-made items cannot be returned. You can find all further details on the process in our return policy.

All prices in the DIAVON online shop are gross prices including statutory VAT. Any costs for payment and shipping incurred in addition to the price of the goods will be clearly and comprehensibly communicated in a highlighted manner immediately before the order is placed.

Payment of the purchase price is made via PayPal. Payment via PayPal is possible without limit with a billing address in the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland or Spain.
