Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only possible within Germany.

We do not charge shipping costs.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 28-42 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 2-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, the design work is carried out and the goods are delivered within 10-16 Working days after approval of the proof (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
